Default Gas to electric conversion 60" MTI?

I'm thinking of putting an electric motor in my 60" MTI cat. I have a 30cc Gizmo in there now but want to try something different.

I'm thinking of using an SSS 56114/500kv on 12s. I'm thinking this will keep the rpm's around 22k and hoping I can still use the existing 67mm to 75mm props I use on the gas boats.
I want to go 12s to get some use out of my 5000 6s heli batteries if possible.

Does this sound doable? I'm still trying to get my head around the electric side of things.

Has anyone done this type of conversion? I'm not sure how to determine what size batteries to go with or if this motor will handle these size props.
Any guess what the run time would be?

The other question is about the ESC. I'm thinking of these from OSE.

Swordfish X+ 300A ESC with Data Logging
Swordfish Pro+ 300 amp Lite version - 15s lipo ESC with data logging
Swordfish Pro+ 300 amp - 15s lipo ESC with data logging
Seal Series ESC: 300A OPTO 6s-14s

Seems like the first one has a few more features for a few more bucks.

Suggestions or tips on any of this?
If it was you, what motor, battery size, and esc would you run?

motor wise for that big hull you need a big motor i think an SSS56123 or TP5690 and if money is no problem a Lehner 3080,i use in a 12s boat a ZTW seal 300 to full satisfaction and for all parts OSE can help you
