Default Motor size for a 60" cat to replace a 30cc gas engine?

I'm thinking about trying an electric motor in a 60" cat with a single screw.
I would like to hopefully be able to run the same props that I do with the modified Gizmo 30cc + engine. The idea being a simple power train swap out.

I would also like to run 12s as that is what I run in my heli's.

Would something like the TP Power 5850 10D 720KV and a 200 A esc work?
What sort of mAH would work for a good 6 to 10 minute run time?

I haven't found much info on anyone using a single motor setup on a 60 inch cat.

Any tips, links, or info greatly appreciated.
