Default Prop recommendations for neu 2230

I?m building a 60? bonzi Apache with a neu 2230 725kv motor on 10s or 12s whichever is better for the motor. Any info on props or setups from similar builds would be greatly appreciated.

I run currently that motor on a 48" Assault on 10s 2p / 12,000mah (The NAMBA Legal limit).
Pretty versatle motor which can be run on up to an Octura X-472. I have used a Prather 275
when running it in my 45" AC Laser which worked well. My bigger mono's do seem to like some lift.

Wow! I was figuring an x465 but never thought about going that big for a prop. Thank you for the input that is very useful, what speeds are you seeing in those monos? I would imagine they put up some stout numbers. I am shooting for 60-65 with this boat. Also if you don’t mind me asking what esc you are running on it, thanks!

Certainly work up to that X472. An X467 would be a good starting point.
I do run a Schulze 40.300 to allow for this higher amp draw. Also a 60" hull
probably will have more drag, but possibly higher boyancey which could offset the size.

I would also recommend using a straight medium stiff 1/4" flex shaft with no step on that large of a boat.
Good luck with the build !!
