Stinger setup for initial tuning

Due my absence the last few years from the hobby I seem to have "misplaced" (forgotten is probably more the point) all the info I had previously learned. I have a 30 inch deep vee mono with a Speedmaster stinger. For initial testing should I adjust the stinger neutral, slightly negative or slightly positive, please?

It depends on the particular hull, water the and how far above the keel the stinger is set, but start with it parallel with the keel.
