What is the bore size on your propshafts? Most likely 3/16" but could possibly be 5mm or the larger standard 1/4". You can buy bulk cable from a number of manufacturers. The Octura stuff is a little more flexible with a finer wind, some of the german stuff has a more coarse wind and is less flexible. All depends on the power you plan on putting through them and the severity of your stuffing tube bends. Once you source the cable, you can clean both ends with brake cleaner or acetone then bond them together with Loctite 648

MBP Smart Drive Power Trim 104-148mm are great, HQ and perfect to set at the exact lenght. Use Loctite retainer compound after cuting powertrims and removing the black paint.

Look at the link, this guy makes custom cables/shafts.
