    Default HPR 115 "Atlantic Challenger"

Finally got the boat back after a few months at the painters, Still needs the windscreen painted in but that's happening next week.

The colour is White Stone from the Q branch at Aston Martin, looks like a light nardo grey in some lights but in sunlight looks crazy crushed glass etc.

This is what I roughly thought out, completely off scale and did it without either a Graupner Atlantic challenger or a HPR insight.

The boat itself is a Hpr115 in carbon,
    AS26-XXX Esc
    Lehner 2250/7
    SLS 7s&8s Quantum 65c batts.
props, all from Andy B, X447, X457 cut to 52mm and ABC 2016

The plan is to be the first boat in the UK to officially go 100+ at a SAW event (current record is 87mph), so far the boat has done 107mph (GPS) on X457 cut down.

It's been a long time coming with this build so I though't id share it.

interior - the lip will also be painted, the painted made a mistake masking it up.

    Oh my word,
They all look great, especially like the cesa1882, one with the jet drives.
    You have build photo's?
Like to start building something like that myself.
What did you use for the radar domes? I'd have allot of questions when the time comes when I'd start something like that.

Hi John, I'm not sure if I have many photos left of the build, they came as a kit from the now defunct Graupner, my boat I built best part of 15 years ago, I picked the other one up about a year ago to brushless convert it, my original is basically a static display now, it has all the kit to run but it's too precious for me damaging in transport / out on the lake.

I actually bought a kit maybe 6 months ago, it was a boat that had been intended for a refurb, it has lots of original brand new parts that you simply haven't been able to buy for best part of 10 years. I do intend to build it at one point. this is the kit I managed to find... paid an arm and a leg for it but won't find another I guess. pics are poor.

@meangenes Over in the lovely British Lake District, a town called Keswick and the lake is Derwentwater Im luckily enough to live in one of the most beautiful places.
