Have a basically new esc I've owned since new, I ran it once in my scale model and had destined it for my HPR but changed my mind on setup,
$330 + ship. really compact top spec powerful esc - especially for 2 pole motors such as Lehner etc.

Can you send me the dimensions of the ESC, especially the width from side to side.

Hi Tyler,
please see here, it's approx 100 x 50 x 20 mm
Also to a 40.160,
I do have a quick question for you regarding the above- H&M no step mono, 3060 1000KV and 10s 5000mah SLS quantum 65c - how far would you go with props? the biggest I have is 460/3 think I will get close to damaging the 40.160 or should be within capabilities of the 40.160?

Thanks for the dimensions. I will check to see if it fits one particular hull.
A 3060/7 on 10S will be pulling close to or over 300A. I have run one in a mono with the 40.303wk. A 460/3 is probably about the right size, but the hulls needs to be free. If the hull is stuck amperage will go above 400A. In my Q mono with a 2280 I am consistently pulling 325-350A from a newer 40.160WK. However this was only possible by adding cooling plates to the top and bottom in addition to the normal cooling tubes plus a lot of additional caps. You can see the upper cooling block in this photo. https://photos.app.goo.gl/rKznFC9TKhTpbNmd8

Hi Tyler, thanks a lot for the detailed response as always, I'm currently on a S235 and well into the 70's with it although I do get some torque roll. the 460/3 is the largest prop I have to try.
will work up x457, S255, X460 and also X460/3.
speed is pretty much where I want it to be, its a pure sport boat - a little more would be nice but not at the expense of a 40.160 frying it's a fairly light boat for a 3060 - 36" hull maybe 40"LOA.
