Help with boat identity , and motor, esc,

I have a hydro I pulled out of closet I bought years ago and never did anything with it .however im wanting to make it FE . boat is 36 inches long and 20 inches at widest point. I was told it was a dumas atlas van lines , it had k&b 7.5 motor . pipe , I took it all out and cleans it , it weighs 5.5 pounds bare hull and Dowling . I'm ready for suggestions on what size motor, what brand, and ESC, battery, I'm ok with spending 200 dollars for motor and 200 for esc . and another couple hundred for batteries . 700 is my budget . it has strut coming out of bottom. I will need rudder with cooling pickups thanks
