ESC Question?

So I've got a battery pack, NiMh made up of 12 1.2 cells putting out 14.4 volts at 4500mah.
Will I fry a 60amp brushless ESC (Racerstar) ??
I'm not an electronics guy by any stretch and if I'm reading things correctly I think I might need an 80amp ESC...
I'm using a 3650 3900KV motor,

That motor is totally inappropriate for that voltage, it could burn up any reasonable controller if the pack is up to it. The theoretical rpm is over 50,000, too high for almost any use. Either get another more appropriate motor or reduce the cell count. Exactly what boat is this to be used in?
