I wouldn't say "all", as I would never expect anyone to post their PayPal email in an open thread. Interestingly, of the various forums I belong to, this is the only one that says to conduct transactions within the thread. Part of why I constantly forget this is because all the other threads I belong to require all transactions to be conducted within PM. My apologies.

All forums should require communication to be open and honest. You can send a seller your personal information in a PM. Otherwise, you never know if you?ve successfully bought an item or not!
