*What is the weight of the boat ready to run?
*Did the boat perform well for you? Any bad habits?
*What prop did you try on it?
*What lipo packs can you fit in the hull? 6000mah/8S1P?
*Has the motor ever been wet?

*What is the weight of the boat ready to run? Did not weigh the boat with batteries, but I would say about 17-18lbs.
*Did the boat perform well for you? Any bad habits? Boat was stable and turned well.
*What prop did you try on it? X450/3 (I ran it on 10s - you would need a different prop on 8s)
*What lipo packs can you fit in the hull? 6000mah/8S1P? Should fit fine. I fit 10s1p 5000mah.
*Has the motor ever been wet? No. Only used once.

I only ran this boat once. I built the same hull as a Circus Circus about 4-5 years ago with similar set-up. It ran 59 mph with a CNC 1450 prop. I did not GPS this boat the one time I ran it. If you go to YouTube and type Winston Eagle and Circus Circus, there is a video on the Circus Circus I made and sold on this site.

Just keep it and run it. I tried to sell my 1/8 scale for awhile on here for way less than what I had into it. Ended up keeping it and am glad I did

That's nice! I remember being a kid in the 1980's and my dad taking me to Orange Blossom Hobbies in Miami (now closed) and seeing all the amazing RC boats. That was one of the more popular ones. They always had one built and ready but of course back then it was powered with a nitro engine.
