Don't know if this is qualified as a real scratch build, but rather than doing this old style, I took advantage of using cad knowledge I have.
I used images of Wellcraft Scarab 38 KV as starting point and took some reference from SV43 to get the model for my liking.

As I'll 3d print the hull, I didn't need to make the geometry super clean, all that mattered is that the surface is as smooth as possible. Although filling and sanding will be required in order to get the layers hidden for the smooth result.
Length will be around 30" and I'll be using TFL P1 outdrive.
Next step is printing the hull and modeling the hatch/cockpit area as well as battery, esc and servo mounts.
