What's your price range? Are you going to race or just for fun?

There's a few great choices for you in that price range. You've got a few different styles to choose from; Cats, Hydros/riggers, and V-hulls.

Each style has its pros and cons. Cats are fast, stable, and look cool! Hydros/riggers are very fast, made to turn well in one direction, typically and oval, and stick to the water. V-hulls or deep-V's can be excellent in rough water, they handle well, but aren't typically as quick as the previously mentioned.

What are your water conditions? Will you be on a big lake with big chop or will you be at a small pond with glass like conditions?

My suggestions for almost ready to run boats:
    Hydro: https://www.horizonhobby.com/ul-19-3...e-rtr-prb08028
    Deep-V: https://www.offshoreelectrics.com/pr...od=hh-prb08032
    Cat: https://www.offshoreelectrics.com/pr...od=hh-prb08029

Any of those choices above are good choices in your price range. My personal choice would be the Hydro UL-19 if you have a relatively calm pond or lake.

Hope that helps! Don't forget, you'll need lipos too.
