New to Lipo

Hello from Greece...i making from plywood and polyester a boat (is my first try,,so be patient) to try using it for fishing..i write dimencions and weight and all hardware inside,,,my point is how decreese weight and thinking to use Lipo...i dont know any about Ah ..Volts,,,so i need your help's...Length is 92 cm....width is 28..and height is 20....Weight whith all hardware is 9.200 kilos......Hradware now....i use this motor..https://www.cornwallmodelboats.co.uk...mfa1115_1.html ...this esc..https://www.lindinger.at/en/cars-tru...-brush-mo-tors ...2 servos https://servodatabase.com/servo/futaba/s3004 and reciver is that,,,https://hobbyking.com/en_us/turnigy-...ceiver-v2.html ,,,motor shaft is 22 cm,,,and propeller is 4blades 45mm...The battery...(what;s why thinking Lipo),,NiMh 12V 7 Ah.....what Lipo y think is ok for run about..40-60 mins??.. at middle speed? i try to upload some fhotos at construction....Thank and wait your opinion....
