My mistake, they actually are 1/4, I just checked.

so these will take the 1/4" shaft with the 3/16" stepdown.

The step-down bits normally sit past the drive dogs so they have no relation with stingers. The stingers fit 1/4 cables, I have verified that. You have my PayPal so whenever you're ready just send the funds and I'll have these shipped within a few days.
