Drive line location for 1/16 scale round nose hydro ?

Hi all building a Gary Finlay 1/16 scale round nose hydro 23'' long. Is there any advantage to offsetting the flex shaft a 1/4'' to the right off the hull center line looking at it from the stern towards the bow ? Regards Andris Golts.

Yes it helps the boat to run straighter without dialling in left rudder so less drag. Basically counteracts prop walk. If that is on the plan build it that way for best results.
