Default 50" scale jet boat engines

Need to acquire some motors for my jet boat,

its a twin around 50" long, i have a set of SLS 6 cells with 1 run on them and thinking of staying around 6s, boat originally had 700 bb turbo's and a 12v lead acid,

thinking running a large capacity 6s for long run times, space isnt a limiting thing and its a fairly light boat given its size.

impellers i believe are about 28-32mm so what would a good motor be?

I have 2x 1521 1y's which i no longer require, also have 2x Lehner 2250/7 in my other boat but just want a half decent budget setup for this so i dont need to swap motors / esc etc...

should i just band the Neu 1521 in it? 6s maybe a bit too hot? Maybe try 5s? it's not geared.. and probably wont go over 30mph?

Which ESC will run a 1521 and not break the bank? i have a set of as26-150 and as26-XXX but they dont really get along with NEU motors

    Maybe 2x https://www.offshoreelectrics.com/pr...-leo4082-combo

In the 1250 / 1400 Kv range ran on 6s?

Another option - how does the seaking ESC run NEU motors? i always believed the neu to be a motor with a lot of torque so shouldn't be too loaded spinning a ~30mm impeller

    How about a 2x 1521 1Y, Seaking 120 / 180 and 4s to begin? i can then go to 5s eventually if i need more rpm?
