Kv is a little high for 6s. It would run best on 4s.

We run twin SSS 3674 2075 on a Zonda with 120 amp ESC's and 3 blade 48 CNC props. We keep run times around 3 minutes and in runs fine.

What does the OP want to put the motor in? Running a 2000+ Kv motor on 6S means that prop choice will be critical, a little too much and - pow. Too, this is a relatively small motor rated to just 73 amps max. You can load it more, but it will get hot so limiting run time will be important. It won’t spin a big prop efficiently so large single motor hulls are probably not a good idea.
