What type of running are you doing? Straight passes, ovals, partial throttle, wide open? What voltage are your cells at when you bring the boat back after 3min?

Running at half throttle creates a lot of heat in the ESC. Adding a small pump will allow you to sit for 20 seconds and let the ESC cool before hitting its thermal limit.

What Tyler said. But, the best solution is to severely limit any part throttle running. Three minutes is a lot of running for that motor/voltage/prop, you have an aggressive setup, run it like you stole it!

Octura X447/3 is a big prop for a 6S setup.

X4442 or X445 should be better. Make test with aluminium or carbon propellers to find the best size.

An X447 3 blade is to much prop to be running @ over 44000 rpm unloaded.

For reference, I run a 4060 1750kV motor on 6S in a smaller, lighter 37" Genesis cat with an ABC 1915 prop (48mm 2 blade) and can only make 4-5 passes at wide open throttle before bringing the boat back with everything still in check.
