Cell voltages abnormal?

Hey guys, I have some 3s 5000mah turnigy batteries. What does it mean when some lipos have cell voltages of

#1 4.22volts, #2 4.19volts, #3 4.17volts after balance charging? (Batteries are a few years old)

Have always balanced charged my batteries with imax b6 chargers. Have checked voltages with 3 different checkers all pretty much with same results. Have never checked with a multimeter.
