Default Prop Help for Retrieval Boat

I just built a retrieval boat using a Skytech H101 and pvc tubing. Overall works good with a few mods. Had to add on to the rudder blade and remove the turn fins so I could get it to turn. The problem I have is there is no reverse with the stock prop. It just churns the water. I can get enough forward thrust that is workable but not reverse. I don't know if this prop can be modified or even how to do it. Ideally would like to buy a prop that would work for this. The stock prop is designed to make this boat go fast and for a brushed motor it does that. I'd like to find a prop with low end torque and reverse.
    Thanks.

I’d say it is the plastic prop that is giving you grief. Maybe figure out what size the prop shaft is and get a low pitch CNC prop. Or one from a scale model site(tug or the like).
