Default Proboat Sonicwake Canopy Fixing Problems

    Hi guys,

I'm hoping someone can help me.

I am new to boats but not RC and i have a Proboat Sonicwake. I absolutely love it. I have added a dual pickup rudder and she runs very cool and smooth. We managed 52mph on some local calm water, so i am very impressed.

HOWEVER, two of the four stainless canopy screws have picked up and threaded. One locks about halfway down, the other couldn't be removed without prying the lid.

Whilst the screw section can be replaced, it doesnt look like the nut can be removed from the body. Can anyone confirm this?

Further more one of the failed nuts is within the float chamber (and yes its the front one that has gone)!

Does anyone know to a fix for this?

    Many thanks,

    Phil

We need the part that is mounted on the hull also (nut part). Not just the finger screws.
