Default Coverting a nitro boat to brushless

I have this twin craft mono that is 42" by 12". Could I convert this hull to electric and how easy would it be?

    Thanks, Tyler

Tyler yes you can convert any nitro boat to Fe,just take into consideration that this is a big boat and you will need a big motor with low kvs, 10S batteries and probably a 300A esc.If it is you first Fe project I would hear from the experts their advises,I only run outriggers but there are many big mono boats in my club converted to Fe and they are a blast to drive.Twincraft were great boats in the 90's and won lot of races.

A 56 or 58mm can diameter motor would be a good choice for this boat. Something around 500 to 700 kV and 10 to 12s would be a good choice. Then for prop a 55mm blade should get that boat moving nice.

The shaft would be 1/4 inch flex cable with a 3/16 inch prop shaft.
