Default Max Diameter prop for Leopard 3674 2200 Kv onn 4s?

Hi all getting ready to test my Dunlap W.O.F 30 '' o/b tunnel hull i have a Leopard 3674 2200 kv motor mounted to a O.S. Max lower unit with a Swordfish 220 amp esc and a 5000 mah 4s lipo for battery i was thinking of starting out with x440 2 and 3 blade props and working up. My ? is how large a diameter prop can i safely turn on this set up ? Any and all suggestions welcome. Regards Andris Golts.

Start with 40 mm and make 2mm jumps.

My favorite prop on that size & kv motor is a 440/3 blade that has been about 1/2 detongued.

My little P-limited spec tunnels like props with about 2.5 " or 64 mm total pitch, = X640 or P-215. Even though your motor is a bit larger than my smaller 36x60's, I don't think that Leo will spin much more prop than that. X637 =59.2 mm total pitch, does the same as work as a X442 = 58.8 mm total pitch, X640 and P-215 = 64 mm total pitch, an X445 or X446 will get you about the same total pitch 63 / 64 mm. hope that helps

That leopard 3674 2200 makes good torque, I ran a m545 with one sometime back, acceleration was insane. That motor is rated at 90 amps max and the m545 would have pulled over 120 amps.

I am referring to 4s running.

To keep that motor in the manufacture rating you would need to run an x440.

I did saw type running at that time a pass or 2 and come in. If you doing saw type running I have seen 6s with 42mm props.
