poor performance

I just got a new UL 19 hydro and I'm kinda wondering about it, It does not seem to get full power. I expected it to jump right up on a plane and shoot across the water! It slowly gets on a plane and is not that fast 30-35 mph, This is kinda dissapointing! The prop flex shaft is greased and everything looks good so there is no drag in the drive train, The batterys maybe? 2s 5000mah 30c, It makes me want to upgrade already to run 6s any Ideas? It just seems like it is not getting full throttle! My UL1 is way faster just don't get it? Any answers?? Thanks in advance!!

Are you only running 2s? It is a 4s boat. How old are your batteries?

Everything is brand new,Incl. batterys

I also noticed very short range on the transmitter, I ordered the suggested upgrades for running the boat on 6s, duel cooling line rudder, HD prop flex drive, Now I'm looking at props any suggestions on props? I don't want to overheat the electronics and motor. It seems to be a problem from what I read,I just need some help from someone who knows these boats. Thank you!!!

That is a very true statement! So I went ahead and got everything incl. a new transmitter and recever, Metal gear servo, ETC. I will make it go fast! or explode into pieces!
