Help With Motor Sizing

Howdy folks! What is a good alternative to a 3.5cc outboard in an electric outboard? I was looking at this one! Not sure if it is what I need! It will be going on a 30” Scrachbuilt Tunnel Hull!

Drive: 4mm Propeller shaft, requires drive dog style propellers.
Fits upto 48mm Prop
