New 447 set cut to 40 mm

Not quite. The original props are 47 mm, pitch ratio of 1.4
The gives them a pitch of 47*1.4 = 65.8 mm
He then cut them down to 40 mm.
So, the New effective pitch ratio = 65.8 / 40 = 1.645
