3.25 volts battery junk?

have a new 30c 5000 mh battery dynamite reaction
charger gives me all green as soon as i start a charge battery shows 3.25 volts
charger works for my backup battery. i not sure what i did wrong to cause this used it once and charged it back to full but did not have weather to get back out.
am i out of luck with this battery
