Auqacraft UL-1 Hardware or similar hardware

Looking for Auqacraft UL-1 Hardware or something close. I don't need a rudder. All I need is a strut, prop shaft 3/16, flex cable and tube for flex cable. Anybody got anything used or can recommend a cheap new set up?
