Hobbywing 120 ESC

Hobbywing Seaking 120a esc. This ran for 3 minutes and stopped, I had my electronics guy check it out and he said the wires weren't soldered good. He re-connected the un-soldered wires, replaced the caps, bench tested and returned it back to me. Too small for me, been in the bag ever since.

Scott, how long has it been sitting in the bag? if it works without any issues then I'll take it, if you'll accept $25 for it. .

It was summer before last when I ran it. It made 3 laps on 4s and died in the water. My electrical guru said the internal wire had a tiny dot of solder on it that heated up and let go easily. He touched it up and bench tested, I never put power to it afterward. I’m going to hold at $35 since it includes shipping, if it doesn’t sell, I’ll hook it up in a boat that I’m thinking about selling.

Well, the reason I offered $25 is that I was thinking of putting this in a Shockwave 26 so I have another inexpensive boat for the neighborhood kids to play with when I'm out back with my kids running our boats in our pond. But, I need a deans connector on it as the batteries that I normally use on most of the "play boats" for the kids have deans on them. I'd solder it myself but, my soldering iron decided to quit on me and until I get one I'll have to take it to the LHS. Even though, this kid that works there doesn't charge me to solder things for me I always give him some money. . .a tip so to speak. If you don't mind putting a single deans connector on it then I'll do it for $35.
