Looking to the size of the hull (60 cm / 23'' Catamaran) the most important is what kind of battery choosing, 3S or 4S ?

The leopard 2860 series are good motors for smaller boats.

Can turn props in the 36mm range at good rpm under load.

The 3400kv if you want to use 3s.

If you want to run a 4s a 2500ish kv.

For your prop something like an x435 should be a good choice.

My son has the following in a 26" Flowmaster -

    TP Pro Comp 2940 7Y 1790kv
Hobbywing Seaking Pro 120 amp ESC
    3919 CNC propellor
    6s (2X3s) Graphene batteries

The boat has telemetry and the last recorded speed was 93 klm/hour before running out of pond. The stock strut was modified to run a 4mm rotating bushing, plus the hull had a carbon fibre inlay.
