Default Neu 1527 Shaft to Coupler

Recommendations on best way to keep motor shaft from slipping inside the coupler? I have the neu 1527 8mm shaft and the big coupler with the 2 grub screws loctited down but after I hit a rough spot it slips now. Grub screws are black and worn down now. Shaft is scratched up.Why doesn't the motor shaft have a flat spot like the smaller motors..?

You have to file or grind flat spots on the shaft for the grub screws

Doesn't hurt to tape up the front of the motor before you grind it to keep any metal filings out of the motor.
