Never noticed that issue on my Q-Mono cooler.
Now that I realize it, I need to copy your modification.

All good, ideas from people in this forum is what this is all about, shearing ideas for our love of the hobby
On My TP 5850 it has corkscrew fins by design, so the water coils so to speak from the inlet to the outlet.
So with the bigger nipples in it now you would think it would help with more volume and flow .

I think HRC designed them that way maybe for specific flow??? I thought I was told this before, could be wrong.
The smaller nipple bore at least on the outlet side will slow the flow a little and possibly increase thermal transfer of heat so I've been told. The key is the volume of water inside the jacket and as I posted earlier the stock TP jackets don't cut it in that regard.

Have you got a link to a jacket that works with the 5850 with fins ?

The jackets you have say they are for the 56 series also so you might be able to get another brand 56mm one on. Its 58 because of the fins.
