You can also add a plate to the face of the motor mount in a pinch. I've done that a few times. I don't always use a thrust bearing. Depends on how much weight that tail bearing has to support. Judgment call. Larry's boat? Maybe should put two bearings on each side. That thing is a violent angry monster.
It is not that bad Terry, It only draws about 90 AMP's a side in Oval setup.
I need to point my struts down a touch.
