    Do they make a charging adapter for the battery instead of using the wall charger

    I use one of these. Not sure where I got it, but I think it's a receiver connector that I cut off the plastic shell to expose the pins.

    I do the same thing to charge individual cells. . .especially useful for a battery with a dead cell. You can use this to revive just that dead cell without affecting or charging the other cells. Just make sure the first port or pinhole next to the negative pinhole is cell 1 and as you progress one pinhole at a time to the left, that would be cell 2, cell 3 and so on depending on how many cell is the battery.
