    Hello all.

I have an Aqua Craft 36/56 2030KV motor NIB, but nothing to put it in.
    Any suggestions?

For the 36" ShockWave this motor is going to work pretty hard.

And I do have two (2) 3S 45C 3300 Li-Po's. My only real concern is if a 120 ESC will be enough. Probably not.

You plan to run parallel? If you want to run 6s there's only 3300 mAh. It's not enough capacity IMO. Also the ESC will heat up because the batteries are not capable of giving what the motor is demanding.
Best is to get 4S in the 5000mAh range and if l was setting up this 36'" boat. I will run two of these batteries with parallel wiring so l have 10,000 mAh.
Start with a not too aggressive prop and observe the temperature on the ESC.
    Just my opinion...

Try and keep that motor on 4S in a 30 ish inch boat. Its not suitable for the 36" shockwave.

Pro boat has a 26" green shockwave which will be great on this one. . .plenty of power and you can use your 120A if desired, of course higher will be better. But, in this case it will be fine and you can get the shockwave hull relatively cheap and put some nice hardware.

    Ok guys.
Thanks for all the input. It is a bit small for the SW36. Maybe it will be more suitable in a small or med size rigger. I always wanted one any way.

I ran that motor in a Revolt on 4s and it ripped. Also lowered the battery tray.

    Hi,
I would imagine how well it did in that hull. AquaCraft was doing well, but then a whole series of events unfolded and Grim Racer left. Now TowerHobbies is under Horizon Hobby and I see the boat is back in stock. I wish AquaCraft well....
I never thought TowerHobbies would go under, sad. Especially it was an employee owned operation.
    Enough rant.
    Cheers!
    Happy 4th of July!!!

Wasn't Horizon started by a group of people that left Tower?
