    Default Futaba R2104GF 4ch reciever max voltage ?

    Hi all i have a Futaba R2104GF rx in my boat bec on esc only 4.9v im using a digital servo that con handle 7.4volt i can no longer find a operating website for Futaba . What is the max voltage i can put into the R2104 ? Will it handle 7.4volts ? Regards Andris Golts.

    The problem with running 2S LiPos for a receiver pack used to be the servo, not the receiver. Even today, many standard servos list a maximum 6 volts. Check the recommended operating voltage of your servos.

    Thanks to both you for your input. Fluid the servo im powering with 2s lipo is the HS-5646 WP and to get max torque 7.4v is required my Swordfish pro 220 bec produces 4.95v which has made the steering on my p-spec outboard tunnel less than perfect.Regards Andris Golts
