Hi Guys any tricks on putting the gold Connectors in after soldering? Especially the female one?? My finger tips are raw right now. Thanks for any help! Ed

I use a screw driver or punch, and a few quick passes with a heat gun. They are different than others I have used, insertion is not from the wire side. Insert bullet from non wire side.
