    I love me some McMaster Carr! The seal looks good and I bet that hatch won't be going anywhere now. Did you use O-rings on the hatch screws to help seal the holes?

    Yes I did. The thumb screws are from ProBoat. Same as on the Zelos and Veles.

    I got the battery trays completed today. I used OSE's c.f. 350mm tray. Since I had no reference point of where the batteries needed to be for proper balance, I went with these long trays. I am sure they are long enough for battery adjustments. I made up some stanchions, epoxied them in place, then screwed the trays down, covered them with non-slip rubber. Should be good to go... If the weather ever warms up around here!!
