Holy crap, runs it good too! Congrats
Thanks. A lot of work and tests to achieve this speed. But one final test it yet to come. TP 4060 1650kv.
Did test leo 1800kv and 8s, that actually inceeased the speed. Many props were tested. 1600kv is more powerful I guess.
The hull is reinfoced with carbon. I dont think the stock hull would survive a fly off. The reinforced have already survived three of them
A lot of work and tuning I know. I have been tweaking a TFL cat for four years to get it where it is. But I have two Pursuit hulls and love how they run. Not sure how fast they are but just fun!
Shawn
Congratulations!
Nice. What size hull is that? Getting close to my 34” mono I had on 8s
32" carbon rivercat single 4s 102mph, 27” mini Rivercat 92mph, kbb34 91mph, jessej micro cat(too fast) was
New record today, guys!! :) 126 kph/78.3 mph.
Great run, was that with the TP 4060 1650kv motor.
Actually with the same motor, only this time with longer throttles, so I guess the GPS measured more accurately. Now I wonder if the hull is not made for more speed than this. 78.3 mph went perfect, but at some point I guess the hull has to fly
But of course, I have to test the TP 1650kv as well.
So was that the Leopard 1800kv or the 1600kv.
