Default Coupler to Flex to Coupler

I wanted to check if anyone could build one of these for me but with 8mm coupler on 1 side and 6mm coupler on the other?

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Im just not sure If I tried this on my own I would have success. Don't know if it as easy as just cutting a flex with a dremel then putting the couplers on or if there is more involved?

    Thanks,

    Derek
