Programing Swordfish pro 220A-6s no data logging ?

Hi all i have a Swordfish Pro 220A-6S esc i have tried to program the esc using the Hifei V2 program box WILL NOT WORK ! I tried using a fellow club member's V2 program box WILL NOT WORK ! How can i set my parameters if program box's will not work ? Regards Andris Golts.
