    Default MHZ micro fountain

Thought I'd track this build for anyone interested.
Gonna go for light wt hardware and make as much as I can.
Will update as parts come in.
Strut is too far back, but wanted to start long then shorten.

Thanks Travis. I got the measurements and some interim motors to mock it up with.

The whole impetus for this build is to design and build a micro vee along the lines of the microcat I made.
Around 14" is target and I will be using dimensions and handling learnings from this micro fountain.

Well, I've gotten her together and out for a few test runs.
I made the motot mount and rudder bracket out of cf plate that attaches to the strut mount.

Looks like the auto resampling of the photos flipped a few... dunno why?

    And a paint job.

Turns out the mini vxl 4000kv motor was way overkill. Next I try a smaller 2200 kv outrunner.

    No vid yet...

I hope it's a small car, might not be very fast with those motors...

What a cool little boat. Will it be able to run in anything other than perfectly flat water?

MIss my old red Micro Fountain. I used a Mega 2836 in the 4000Kv range on 2S it was wild and crazy! Just stock gear.

I still have a pic somewhere of a guy that made a twin one and it was a little monster!!

    Thanks guys.
Goal is to get it tamed down to be able to run smooth through 2-3" chop or greater, then have some turbo options.

This project is fully Travis's fault. He asked me about designing a wooden vee in the same vein as the 12" micro cats we have, that I designed. So I got this lil hull to get some ideas and dimensions from.
Should have wooden vee plans by Christmas.

Cool. Let them be known. I didn't get rid of every little motor I had.
