Help Looking for Free Download plans of a Shovelnose Electric Powered Boat

I am looking for free downloadable plans for a Shovel nose electric r.c boat. Would like the one like the Budweiser U13 with the single fin in the rear with just exhaust pips on each side and the engine is covered by a cowel.
I have tried Google searches with No luck.
If anyone know of someone knows of some free plans that are accurate and good for r.c racing, let me know the links please.
