    long time in the making is my ML Boatworks 1/8 scale

    I love the different colors on the turbine and exhaust housings of the turbos. And the gold leaf is pretty sweet too. Nice work.

    Not the exact same boat but my free time right now is to help to restore/rebuild the 1979 Squire Shop. it is quite a project.

    due to the amount if damage there wasn't much of the original boat that can be used. A lot of hardware Cowling the orig tail and uprights have been found ect. Will take probably two years to get her done.

    not having very good luck running this boat. first time in the water jumped up right on plain ran great 1.5 laps and stopped got it back to shore did not change anything now it acts like its underpowered can't get on plane. the correct strut depth is even with bottom of sponsons is rhat a correct depth?

    I have a etti 220 speed control 10s lipos is it possible it is not running on the whole 10s?

    What size prop?
    Also is your CG setup to balance on front edge of turn fin?

    Was anything hot or smelled funny when you brought it in 1st time it quit. I like those big Ettis have 3 of them. 0nly weak link on them is the short length of area battery leads are soldered on to the boards. They come on soldered if your taxing the controller sometimes.

    That's a good prop, you have the 5S packs in series correct? Check your packs for dead cells and the battery leads at esc board solder joints.

    I believe the strut was not correct. I did unhook the speed control and rehook it maybe it could have had a loose connection
