Default Help needed finding running gear for a 36" fiberglass Maine lobster boat model hull

My brother made this hull for me about 15 years ago. I finally decided it was time to build it.
I'm new to the whole rc boat thing and am having a hard time finding some parts and Google isn't much help.
I've been into rc cars for a while so electronics are not a problem but I need help finding an appropriate 2 inch, 3 or 4 blade propeller, shaft. and a reduction gear,
The hull is 36 inches long, 12.5 inches wide and weighs 4 pounds. It will be fairly heavy when finished.

Thanks in advance for any help.

Thanks for the welcome and the link. That's perfect. I can proceed with the project.
