Matching ESC's

I'm converting my 60" MTI from single to twin. As a single I ran a Leo 5692 2y 1090Kv motor with a Swordfish Pro 240 amp ESC on 8s.
I've doubled up the motors but my question is, do I have to match up the ESC's exactly or can I use something close for the 2nd ESC?

If you want the boat to run straight, both ESCs will have to be the same. Even then both motors may not run exactly the equivalent to each other.
