I haven't noticed any comments on this esc yet. It's supposed to be the first boat esc with turbo boost on throttle curve. I have one coming to do testing on FE tunnel boat.

I was wondering the same. Just looking at the picture, this is what I came up with.

    160 Pros:
    - 6v and 7.2v BEC voltage
    - lower profile mounting
    - significantly lighter
    160 Cons:
    - possible baby sized wires
    - is the cooling good?

    180 Pros:
    - and extra 20 amps
    - heavy gauge wires
    - proven to work
    - can be bought as a Turnigy for ~$85
    - larger cap bank
    180 Cons:
    - heavier
    - potentially awkward mounting
