Thunder Dual Power AC680 battery charger

Hi folks, I have a Thunder Dual Power AC680 charger from Hobbypartz or Hobbyking. I'm wondering if it is possible to program this charger to charge HV Lipos to their full voltage? Any help or leads to threads would be appreciated.
