Default Bittberger Cat with Hacker B50 XL

I actually used to race P Offshore with this. A third place trophy is all I ever won. I never really got it dialed in but it sure looked good on the water. This one ran a Fine Design Turbo gear drive with a massive Hacker B50 XL. That B50 now runs in a Traxxas Summit truck. That motor also cost almost $500 new from Germany back in the day. Hell, now you can buy a comparable motor for $50. The hull is long gone unfortunately....

I used to make a lot of my own aluminum hardware. A real contrast to the CNC stuff these days...

I no longer own this boat so I can not give you measurements. Sorry

The drive shaft was equal to bottom of sponsons.

Ahh, the old wrapped cool cooling. It worked tho. She was a nice looking hull.

How was the gear drive noise wise? I had two motors to one prop through a hyperdrive belt system. Sounded cool
